Membership
Membership dues cover club membership for one full year and are to be paid to the Financial Secretary each year no later than November 30. Dues may be paid in person before and after a scheduled meeting or a check can be mailed directly to the Financial Secretary. A membership ID card will be issued only after dues have been paid in full. Members who have not paid their dues by the end of the season will be deleted from the membership list.
If you are a member in good standing and have changed any of your personal information (address, phone number, cell phone number, e-mail address) please fill out a Membership Update Document and send it to the Financial Secretary as soon as possible. ENZIAN SKI CLUB MEMBERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
Membership:
- To maintain membership in good standing, annual dues must be paid by November 30. Dues may be paid in cash or by check (payable to the Enzian Ski Club). Please remit your dues to the Enzian Ski Club Financial Secretary, not to the Deutscher Club.
- Members who have not paid their dues by the deadline will no longer receive a newsletter and will be deleted automatically from the membership list in May.
- Membership tenure/seniority toward the 15-year and 25-year membership pin is lost if dues are not paid by the November deadline of each year. Missed dues that are paid after the fact cannot be creditted retroactively.
Membership List:
- This list is generated so that our active members can contact each other to arrange car-pooling and social activities with other members. The list is not to be used as an advertising tool or for business purposes, nor is it to be given to anyone outside the club. We expect members to honor this request and to treat our membership list with the respect it deserves
Meetings:
- Club meetings are held at the Deutscher Club in Clark, NJ on the second Monday of every month during the ski season (September through May). Meetings start at 8:00 pm and end between 9:30 and 10:00 pm. Abbreviated Robert's Rules of Conduct are used at all meetings. Beverages are served during the meetings and attending members are asked to make a small donation to cover the cost of the beverages. Other beverages are available directly at the bar in the Deutscher Club.
Newsletter:
- As a member in good standing (dues are paid in-full by the deadline) you will receive a montly newsletter during the season, either by email or regular mail. If you have news or information that you would like to include in the newsletter, please contact the Corresponding Secretary directly.
Advertising:
- Many of our members are business owners and talented craftsmen. If you would like to offer your services to members of the club, please come to our meetings to tell members about yourself. You may also hand out brochures and flyers at our meetings.
Club Activities and Trips:
- In order to participate in any club trip or club-sponsored event (ski trips, club outings, ski races, for example), you must be a member in good standing (dues are paid in-full by the deadline). Missed dues that are paid after the fact cannot be creditted retroactively.

- Our club website is updated monthly. You can access our club newsletter, meeting minutes, trip news, board member contacts and pictures from our various functions by visiting us at www.enzianskiclub.com.
